Refund Policy

At Storyphy, every book is custom-made using the details you provide. Because each product is personalized, refunds and cancellations are limited.

Non-Refundable Items (Personalized Products)

Personalized storybooks cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error from our side

  • The wrong item is delivered

We do not refund for:

  • Spelling mistakes entered by the customer

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery


You share clear photos/video of the issue while unboxing the pacakage

The issue is from our side (printing error, damaged product, wrong item)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 5 hours of placing the order.


After the book enters production, cancellation is not possible.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at teamstoryphy@gmail.com with:

  1. Order ID

  2. Photos/videos of the issue

  3. Explanation of the problem

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
